Shipping, FAQ, and Return Policy
Item(s) will be packaged with an item identification number and care instructions (if applicable).
Item(s) will be weighed and sent by USPS. The price of shipping is dependent on total weight of item(s) and the packaging needed to send the item(s).
- 1) Do I get reimbursed for the original shipping costs on a return? Answer: No
- 2) Do I pay for return shipping? Answer: vikingdrummer.com pays for 50% of your USPS shipping costs—less material—if you put the shipping receipt inside the return packaging.
- 3) Can the item be returned if it’s been washed or used? Answer: In general the answer is no, unless there is an obvious defect on the item.
- 4) How long do I have to return an item? Answer: The standard return for most items is 45 days from the date of purchase.
Note: Ability to return an item expires 45 days from the date of purchase.
Step 1: Print out and fill out the Return Account Sheet found below.
Step 2: At the address firstname.lastname@example.org send us an email of the item(s) being returned. This duplicate action will let us know an item(s) is (are) on the way back home.
Step 3: Efficiently and Neatly pack the item(s) you plan to return along with any original tags and the filled out Return Account Sheet from step 1.
Step 4: Go to your local United States Postal Service (not FedEx or any other service) and mail the return item(s). Be sure to obtain a tracking number in order to hold the USPS accountable.
Step 5: Repayment to your PayPal account, general account or vikingdrummer.com account will occur within 14 working days of the item being received. Viking Drummer will pay 50% of the return postage if the mailing receipt is included in the return package.
